Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart
GiveSmart is being used through out entire organization. We have successfully used it in our parish as well as our parochial grammar school.
- Great tool for placing online orders.
- Made silent auctions more fun for everyone not on site.
- Great reporting.
- When entering pricing/cost for instant items I could not enter a decimal so report was not totally accurate.
- Would like to see users listed that are associated with my account not just an event.
- Might be helpful to have a dedicated rep to establish a relationship with and be able to ask a quick question.
- GiveSmart has helped us to stay in touch with parishioners during the time of the pandemic through various outreach events.
- We have better ideas on how successful our events have been due to better reporting.
Page is easy to set up for any event. I have used online videos to help solve some of my questions. Customer service reps are knowledgeable and helpful when I have a question that is not already answered by online tutorials.
Support Reps seem to have all the answers to my small questions and when I request a call back, I usually hear from them within a few hours at the most.
Customization is a breeze.
Have not yet experienced a time that we used GiveSmart that was perceived as being inappropriate. We especially been happy with running silent auctions and instant item order forms.
