Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

We used Givesmart to host an online fundraiser. It supported us in executing a peer-to-peer fundraising campaign over the course of a couple weeks.

  • The software does have room for improvement. I understand the feature we used is new, but there were some limitations that made it hard to use in the way we wanted.
  • They empowered us to have a successful online fundraiser. We had to use this format due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but it turned out being very successful.
It is very easy to use, however there are some limitations in the software, so you can't always do what you'd like with it.
Their staff is very responsive and supportive. We always had timely responses to our requests.
Somewhat - there are some limitations of the technology, which required us to come up with workarounds.
Well suited for supporting development departments in best practices across the field. Their software can be a little wonky, and can be strengthened.
