Customer reps respond very quickly and they're extremely friendly and supportive.

I love the webinar idea which are always accessible when you're unsure of a very small detail. It's all there for you. I loved working with my rep as well. He was ALWAYS there when I needed him. Most importantly all my participants love the platform and commented how easy it was to sign up and bid. This is why I would highly recommend GiveSmart to every non-profit I talk to.
