Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart
We use GiveSmart to house our annual fundraising gala/auction. Whether that be in person or completely virtual, we have been able to have successful fundraising events both ways. Just our development department currently uses GiveSmart. However, I do not believe we are using it to its fullest potential and would love to do so since we are already paying for the product.

- Givesmart community and webinars to teach new and best practices.
- Making the website build/layout more user friendly.
- more options for pages within each campaign - or more instructions on how to build each out.
- More social media integration.
- User friendly for the most part.
- Increased fundraising revenue.
- Improved auction revenue and efficiency.
The customization is ideal - new integrations are constantly being added and each time something new comes up, the reps will let you know. There are always webinars to watch on best methods and what has been most successful. If you're ever hung up on customization, your account rep is always willing to explain or do the customization for you as well.
