Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart
We use this platform for all of our auction, donation and fundraising activation management. We utilize this for six plus fundraising events throughout the year. We work closely with this staff to set fundraising goals and implement strategies to execute these initiatives. This allows the organization to safely facilitate payments.

- On-site staff support is variable, inconsistent on their performance (different staff every event).
- Certain functions can be improved upon for better functionality (auction donation form).
- Lots of updates coming out constantly. Hard to keep up.
- Greater funds raised in the silent auction.
- Improved donor communication during events.

- Gesture and Greater Giving
GiveSmart is far superior to Greater Giving. It is far more intuitive for staff and event attendees. They also have better staff support and online resources. They also work with a significant amount of nonprofits so they’re constantly taking feedback and improving the system. Also, highly customizable, which is unique. You can easily make it cohesive with your overall event branding.
This site is highly customizable, compared to other bidding software on the market. Year over year it continues to get more advanced in its customization capabilities. You can completely edit/code the landing page. The auction page can be made to match you color scheme and add in sponsor logos or important event messaging.
