Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

Our school uses GiveSmart for our annual auction and dinner in November. The Advancement office uses GiveSmart for auction management.

Pros

Cons

  • Better way to manage raffle tickets.
  • Helped make our auction function more efficient.
The site was very easy to navigate.
The customer service was wonderful and very helpful.
GiveSmart had wonderful customer services and the page was easy to use. There were many options for various events and the site navigation was simple and to the point.
