Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

The entire organization uses GiveSmart for our texting and online auctions.

Cons

  • We are happy with all aspects of GiveSmart
  • Increased fundraising
  • Length of time members have to bid on auction items
  • Texting to alert of upcoming events
  • Texting night of the auction to interact with guests
We used another company for our online auction before coming to GiveSmart, There was no comparison to the customer service. That is one of the main reasons we have stayed with GiveSmart. I like answers to questions in a timely manner and they have always come through for us.
I have older people as part of our organizations that can be challenged with technology and even they have no issues in using GiveSmart.
Again. this is one of the strong points.
