Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

The entire organization uses GiveSmart for our texting and online auctions.

We used another company for our online auction before coming to GiveSmart, There was no comparison to the customer service. That is one of the main reasons we have stayed with GiveSmart. I like answers to questions in a timely manner and they have always come through for us.
I have older people as part of our organizations that can be challenged with technology and even they have no issues in using GiveSmart.
Again. this is one of the strong points.
Our sponsors that have their names included on the screens feel like they are getting great benefits and value. This is important to the Chamber to show continued value. Being able to open the auction earlier than the night of has helped us gain more traction, interest, and funds.
