Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

GiveSmart was used for event ticket sales and silent auction.

I have only used one other interface besides GiveSmart and I thought that GiveSmart was easier to set up and use.
It was simple to integrate all of your needs onto your fundraising site.
The staff was very helpful as were the webinars on how to customize and optimize your experience.
I have only used it for one event but it was perfect for our needs.
