Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

Whole organization - we use it for multiple events, auctions, ticketed and non-ticketed events, golf tournaments, etc. It very user-friendly and solves a lot of our problems and makes auctions very easy to manage and participate in.

Haven't used or evaluated any other products.
It's pretty straight forward to use. Very easy to learn and master.
Answer questions quickly and offer support at events which is always welcomed and appreciated.
Absolutely suited for auctions and purchasing tickets for events. Not suited or appropriate for peer-to-peer fundraising.
