Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

We are using GiveSmart for most of our virtual and hybrid auction & event registration needs for our fundraising efforts.

Pros

  • Easy to set-up for the auction
  • Easy to use for users
  • Customer Service is very responsive and supportive

Cons

  • Better way to merge items uploaded that later want to package together
  • Better instruction on when promoting multiple of an item to separate those on the screen from those auction items. Such as gift cards or wine pulls
  • Would not have been able to fundraise as well as we did this year without it, virtual was key
It's been a while and can't remember.
Find it very easy to use except for when you forget your login and trying to bid last minute.
Most of my experience was helpful, but the person sent in person our first year changed everything last minute showing up, and the other items we sold that night were half of what we raised. I was not there to tell her we will not change everything and so impacted our bottom line.
Wish when we move into our new database CRM for this info to sync with our Fundly Non-Profit Easy system.
