Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

I use it for our silent auction so that bidders unable to attend a gala in person are able to bid on items from home. I also used it for our walk for registration and fundraising.

Pros

  • Auction management
  • Fundraising pages for Peer to Peer fundraising
  • Easy to use, both in set up and reporting
  • Helpful customer service
  • Integrates with our database, eTapestry

Cons

  • I would like to see a search function you can do on fundraisers without pulling a report
  • Ease of use by the fundraiser or donor may have been one of the factors to increase revenue this year.
eTapestry's fundraising platform looks outdated. GiveSmart looked more interactive and appealing. It was also easier to use.
I was happy with what the platform offered. It was also within my nonprofit's budget which was a big deciding factor!
Support was always helpful and quick to respond.

I love it for our Walk registration and fundraising. The fundraising page created was great to look at and interactive. My walk committee was very happy with it!
