Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

We use it as our online donation platform and peer-to-peer fundraising. We just started using it a few months ago, but we were looking for a product that would help us streamline online donations, make it easier to people to donate from their phones, and set up fundraisers on their own.
  • User friendly to set up.
  • Easy for outsiders to set up their own fundraising pages.
  • Clear pricing structure.
  • "Designers" for fundraising pages are not very helpful-it seems they do not have any actual design experience or ability to really customize pages.
  • Need more customization on fundraising pages.
  • Lower credit card fees.
  • Just started using it, so can't say yet.
Looked into Classy and Blackbaud's peer-to-peer products. Went with GiveSmart because they offered the same services without a transaction fee for each donation, just one flat fee to use the service.
Not always intuitive but once you figure it out, it is pretty easy to use. I wish the reporting function was easier to navigate.
It is fine but they don't seem particularly motivated to help solve problems.
It has been fine, but I wish the pages had more customization available. Seems limited in how much we can design the pages.

Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, Constant Contact, Navisite Productivity and Collaboration (Microsoft Office 365 and MDM)
Great for sending up fundraising pages and having multiple for different campaigns. Great for campaigns like Giving Tuesday. Not as much customization as desired.
