Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

As a 501c(3) school for 3-year-old children to 9th graders, we host several fundraising events. GiveSmart helps us in executing a successful annual auction. The funds raised support our students and teachers. From silent to live auctions, GiveSmart improves the way that we raise funds for our greatest assets.

GiveSmart has many similar aspects to other programs, but it offers more customer support. There are times when you just can't figure it out, but GiveSmart is there, ready to offer guidance. Without this level of support, an event would not be successful! We look forward to continuing our relationship with GiveSmart.
It is hard to find a program that is 100% user-friendly, but GiveSmart is very close. I can look at the dashboard and know exactly where I need to go to access certain information, make edits to an event, or access creative layout options. GiveSmart is one of the more user-friendly options I've used throughout my career.
From onboarding to immediate support, GiveSmart is there when you need them. I feel one of their strengths is their access to support through real-life people to articles and videos.

When working with a program, it's important to have access to an actual human being for support. GiveSmart has an excellent support team that makes using the system so much easier. When I have questions pop up, they have so many resources, from actual individuals to articles and videos. It is very user-friendly.
