Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

Fundraising events.
Check-in & Check-out
auction items, raffle tickets

Pros

  • allows guest to purchase tickets
  • allows guest to donate via mobile phone

Cons

  • check-in more then one individual at a time if they are in the same group
  • when entering cc information the ease of use with the CC swiper
  • Internal efficiency
Needs to be a little more user friendly, Maybe allow guests to do mobile check-in for themselves
