Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

We use it for our events platform. It is very hard to separate reports out for specific types of giving. For example, there is not a report that will list the donations and fees in one report.

Pros

  • User friendly
  • Able to use phone to make purchases
  • Able to look up event details on phone

Cons

  • Would like more detailed report functions
  • Increased fundraising revenue
  • Allows service fee to be paid by donor
  • Gives donor the option to pay service fee
GiveSmart gives donors the choice to pay for fees.
Hard to pull specific reports needed for our school.
Some customer service support people give different solutions when asking how to run reports. It would help if they all had the same training and gave the same solution.
