Overall Satisfaction with Glean
Glean helps me easily find information about my company. It helps me be the best recruiter I can be because I can easily look up stuff like "what is this engineering team working on?" or "how many people are based in this office?". I love that is provides quick answers for me AND the sources that it came from.
Pros
- Find resources quick
- AI chat bot
- Org charts / finding people at your company
- I like the homepage and the look of it
Cons
- I dont think this is Glean's fault, but I wish we could integrate with slack and email and everything
- The "thinking" portion is still a bit slow
- saving time
- easy access to benefits
