Pros

  • Interactive dashboard.
  • Detailed charts and graphs.
  • Very user friendly and can cover all important information.
  • Very useful to know how products and services are doing for a business.
  • For Example: Users can get an in depth insights to Visit Summary, Trend Visit and Page Views etc

Cons

  • Its logs you out for security purpose
  • Better customer service.
I would surely recommend this to my colleagues.

Using GoodData

It is indeed a great BI tool and I think it's a great way to enhance customer service and provide more information to our clients
