It's our standard analytics go-to covering most of our initial diagnostic use cases. Understanding volumetrics for user numbers across different flows, triaging drop-off to drive conversion rate optimization, and monitoring funnel behavior over time tied to optimizations is key.
  • Cater [to] large user volume sites without capping event capture
  • Allow custom journey building to monitor precise flows
  • Provide basic visualizations for common KPI's
  • The interface is not always self-explanatory for novice users which can curb adoption rates
  • Close dependency to front end development coding to ensure clean data capture and variable identification
  • Discrepancies [are] not immediately obvious unless alternative tools are used for comparison
