I use it t store all of my files that I work on my desktop and also use Google Sheets and Docs online on a daily basis. I love how the online version saves instantly and is very simple to use.

Enable editing of images inside Google Drive rather than using an add on
Ability to share photos to Google photos as well as from Google photos to Drive

Return on Investment

For such a low monthly cost it means the IT budget is hardly dented
I can easily share proposals and how to documents with clients and update them instantly rather than rely on email

It has to be the most intuitive product to use. While most users are resistant to move away from the more costly and complex products like Dropbox and Office 365, it is definitely worth it in the end. The pricing structure is very clear to understand too.

Likelihood to Recommend

For a business who wants instant access to all their files without having to download and sync to their desktop without having to install and update office software. Also the ability to share and collaborate across teams rather than using email speeds up productivity and get tasks done quicker.
For a business who doesn't want to employ external IT support to manage and backup their files.
