Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive

We use Google Drive every day to store documents. With the corporate version you get plenty of room and once you go past 5 employee you can pay $10/month you get unlimited space and it is well worth the money. As this is part of the Google suite of products it is a great thing for smaller business to facilitate growth. I highly recommend using this suite of products to anyone starting a business.

Pros

Cons

  • Sharing with privacy requires people to have a google account
  • Sometime Google Drive downloads get muddled with personal accounts and it's hard to untangle them.
  • The only negative is dealing with employees when they leave and merging accounts can sometime be problematic, but overall not a huge issue.
Well suited for any small business that needs flexibility and a full suite of products. Google Drive lets you store a substantial amount of documents and keep it in the cloud. Also with your ability to share documents it is very helpful for collaboration and even remote employees.
