Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive

Google Drive is a very effective tool for our business that allows many users across the country to collaborate and share many, many documents very easily. It is used across the entire organization.

Pros

  • Organizes documents and folders, making everything easily accessible.
  • Allows for sharing of large files.
  • Allows for sharing of documents and folders inside and outside of your organization.

Cons

  • Trouble sharing documents with users that do not have a Gmail account.
  • Trouble finding documents that I have not recently accessed.
  • Limited features on some of the programs within Google Drive.
  • Google Drive has not had any negative impact on our overall business objectives.
Other Cloud Based Storage Programs and an internal Shared Drive.
Google Drive is well suited for filing and storing shared files and also for management of large projects.
