Overall Satisfaction with Google My Business
Google My Business is a great tool for creating a listing to show up on Google. Many businesses use it and it can help you expose your business further as well as generate traffic to the website.
- It helps generate traffic to your website.
- Gets you exposure within Google
- Easy to set up and use/edit
- I wish it had more functionality or custom details that you could input into the interface.

- Hard to choose when it shows up

- No cost so it does provide benefit to user and benefit to us

I have not used any other tool besides Google My Business, but it is a great one. I would not really have any need to use another tool besides this one.
