Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve

GoTo Resolve has opened the possibilities of support for me. I was recently on vacation when my office manager called me needing help. With my cell phone, I was able to remote into her computer and resolve the issues she was having. For the second issue I had to help with, I was able to connect to the employee's camera and see the issue he was having to then help resolve it. GoTo Resolve allows me to work remotely when necessary to help with almost any issue that presents itself.

  • Adding a computer and name to a help desk ticket
  • Scheduling windows updates for a later time
  • Scheduling a reboot for computers that never get restarted
  • Having the ability to remotely fix PCs is priceless
  • I think GoTo Resolve should be used by any IT department
GoTo Resolve is very easy to use and has a very good price point for the value that you receive. I have this program on an Ipad, an Android phone, and my PC. It works flawlessly across all devices.
I can now keep track of all of the devices that we have and remote into any of them. If we eventually hire a second IT person, all I have to do is set up another user ID for them to be ready to go. There is no real training that needs to be done to use this program, because of its simplicity.

KACE Cloud MDM was a good product, but it was more than we needed as a small company.

GoTo Resolve's remote support has been a tremendous asset to me since we began using it. The ticketing portion helps me keep track of items that I need to do since I work in 2 different cities. I have not used the remote execution yet, but plan to in the future. The camera feature is well worth the add-on price to see what you're working on. Overall this product is well worth the value of the price.

The ability to manage and remote into any and all PCs has helped me so much. In the auto industry, most problems need to be resolved immediately. GoTo Resolve allows me to do that.
