Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use GoTo Resolve to help my clients resolve their device and network issues remotely, with the remote support/remote control functionality. It is very user friendly and easy to use, and handles working over bad internet connections better then some other options that are available, and i have tried.

Usability

The usability of Goto Resolve is pretty great! i enjoy using the desktop console app and it has been working well in all different working conditions! Really a great product. I do wish I had mobile support in my package.

GoTo Resolve is great at remote supporting and remote controlling devices, this is my primary use and it works great! even handles bad internet connections well, when i am traveling or the customer does not have great internet connectivity. When i need to remote in to help a user connect to a file share, or install an application, or fix an weird issue they are having it comes in handy!
