Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve

We us Resolve for Help Desk, end user support, inventory, and end point protection. This product allowed us to combine several other products into one solution. We are also involved in the beta program to test new features.

  • End point protection for servers
  • Tool consolidation cost savings
  • Less time to support with one interface.
  • Mobile support when away from the office.
The layout is easy to use and understand. I look forward to the upcoming dashboards.
Easier to support all of users from a single point. Quicker response times to fix issues.
Very similar products but at a cheaper price point.

Resolve has been a great product but does have some limitations. We are always testing the new features so we can best utilize the software.
