Overall Satisfaction with GoToMyPC
After Covid hit the receptionist who took over my position when I moved in 2019 decided not to go back to the office. My former boss called to see if I could help them out and we decided I would work remotely. The temporary job became full-time! This has been a great experience, the connection is quick and I can get access anytime I need to even if no one is in the office. I do mostly insurance and I can get access to files and patients so I can do my job properly. I also can help out by scheduling appointments by email or text by being able to remote into the software.
- Easy to access
- The screen makes me feel like I am in the office
- Feels secure
- Great connection
- Should be a way to turn off the volume on the office computer but still hear it on mine at home
- Maybe pricing could be a bit cheaper
- I do not have any issues with it
- It has helped us find monies that no one knew about
- It has helped me train a new person to do the job right
- It has kept the business running smooth
