Overall Satisfaction with GoToMyPC
I am often out of the office, the ability to connect to my work computer [and] is very important to the business. I am able to help out after hours and on weekends, if there is an important project. This has saved us a great deal of time and money by eliminating frequent trips to the office at off times. I LOVE GoToMyPC!!
- Fast file transfer eliminates burning and carrying necessary and sometimes "controlled" files.
- Being able to see things on other employees' computers allows for faster project assistance and troubleshooting.
- Checking the status of our servers is fast and easy
- As I only tend to use the "basic" part of GoToMyPC, I do not really [know] about the new stuff. Better communication of features, possibly on the "Home" screen would be helpful.
- We save time and money on eliminated short trips into the office.
I have not used or evaluated anything else.
