Overall Satisfaction with GoToMyPC
The entire management level in the organization uses GoToMyPC. It is used for remote purposes such as training, printing, and assistance with service to our client base. I have expanded from access to 1 computer to as many as 3 remote computers. Our organization has been satisfied and appreciative of the service we enjoyed over a period of approximately 12 to 15 years.
- Remote printing to the location source directed to
- Access to multiple locations
- Ability to add/subtract computers and locations as needed
- Faster speed if that is possible when you are remotely accessing computer
- Better pricing
- Positive: Very satisfied with my ROI I've gained while having GoToMyPC.
- Negative: Bouts of frustration when remote speed has been a problem
I have not used any other product similar to or the same as GoToMyPC.
