Overall Satisfaction with GoToMyPC

In the past, I used it to work while away on vacations, etc. Now, I am retired but still do accounting reviews and work with the company's CPA for year-end reports, etc. I use it to perform work at home for a previous employer as well as for myself. It is invaluable to me to be able to work on my own schedule. It would be far more expensive to my client(s) if I had to attend work on site. I have always found that GoToMyPC is easy to work with and has great customer support on the rare occasion that I have needed it. It's an excellent product and has been for many years.

Pros

  • Easy accessibility.
  • Available 24-7.
  • Good customer support.

Cons

  • Honestly, a little more reasonable cost for individuals.
  • More communication with customers for support purposes.
  • Again, makes myself more accessible and less expensive for my client(s).
