Overall Satisfaction with GoToMyPC
Having Go To My PC means that our staff can access our company server from their homes. This was invaluable during the Pandemic but after that experience, we use it all the time to work from home when the need arises. We know there are other remote companies out there but we have never found any reason to switch to another because Go To My PC has always "checked all the boxes. "
- Technical support has always been GREAT. First of all its available 24/7.
- Technical support actually picks up the phone and answer when we call.
- Every time Technical support has always been knowledgeable and helpful to efficiently solve any problems .
- There ARE outages sometimes but that is going to happen with any service
- Allowed employees to be working when otherwise they might not have been abler to for various reasons
- Allow us to keep in touch with business operations 24/7
- Gives us access from any location to office data
