Overall Satisfaction with GoToMyPC
We use GoToMyPC to login remotely from the office to the store location. We use it to update inventory, troubleshoot problems that the on- site staff is having, and manage software updates remotely.

- File transfer can be hard because you are dragging and dropping. It doesn't work sometimes

- Ability to work remote & not be onsite
Biggest issue what the printer settings would get messed up everytime we tried to print remotely & then our point of sale receipts and pricing labels would not work properly.
