Overall Satisfaction with GoToMyPC

We use GoToMyPC to login remotely from the office to the store location. We use it to update inventory, troubleshoot problems that the on- site staff is having, and manage software updates remotely.

  • File transfer can be hard because you are dragging and dropping. It doesn't work sometimes

  • Ability to work remote & not be onsite
Biggest issue what the printer settings would get messed up everytime we tried to print remotely & then our point of sale receipts and pricing labels would not work properly.

We have used other remote software packages. The print functionality with GoToMyPC is better than any other software we have used. The problem was that the file print settings would get messed up with the remote PC login and would not resolve. With GoToMyPC we have not experienced any issues with printing document, labels, receipts. It works very well.
