We use GoToWebinar to train our clients on our software products. Clients can attend the webinar or review the recording at a later time.
- Clients can easily type questions and we can respond at the appropriate time to each question; we will also have a record of all questions asked.
- It has been easy to invite clients and then organize any future communications with them, including reminders and follow up which can now even include a link to the recording.
- I normally send out handouts in advance of the webinar session, but I can also upload the handouts so that anyone who registered late can simply click on the link to immediately download it.
- The reports are not always formatted the way I would prefer, but are still very useful.
- It has allowed us to provide refresher training to clients without the need to travel to their locations.
- It allows us to introduce new features quickly to a large number of clients at once.
