Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse
Our whole organization uses Greenhouse for tracking our referrals and for tracking our candidates throughout the recruiting process. Makes a process that is otherwise very hard to track very transparent. Holds people accountable more and prevents important work like this from happening over things like Google Sheets where people can just get lost in the shuffle.
- Tracks referrals well
- Updates you well when candidates are moving through the process
- The referral flow is very easy
- The UI at times looks a little outdated but not that bad.
- Cleaned up the recruiting process and made it more efficient.
