Overall Satisfaction with GridBuddy

We use Gridbuddy to capture clients' attendance. It is used by one of our departments who use the tool to input multiple attendances in Salesforce. It makes data entry efficient and less time-consuming.

  • Does not support some web browsers
  • If Grid is not displayed, hard to troubleshoot
  • There could be room for improvement in using GridBuddy filters
  • Improved productivity and efficiency of team
  • Reduced number of labor hours
  • Improvement in data capture method
We have not used or evaluated any other products. We used list view updates which is not as easy to update as GridBuddy.

GridBuddy is very well suited for multiple data entry where users need to enter multiple data at the same time. It is less appropriate in situations where we have less # of data and sensitive data need to be entered.
