Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Groove is used by our organization to track and log emails into Salesforce, our CRM. I also like how I can use Groove templates and how I can share my templates with other colleagues and co-workers in my organization. I don't use flows but those could be helpful to users with more personal organization.

- I wish it interacted with 8x8 to log calls so everything was in one place.
- I wish I was able to store an address book and multi mail clients.
- I wish it made so I can only share CERTAIN templates and not the whole folder.
