Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I run a team of Business Development Reps. We use it as part of our cold sales outreach cadence to new prospects we wish to do business with. We also use the features in our gmail, including sending personal calendar links to get meetings scheduled easier and to save and store email templates so we can send personalized, approved responses more quickly.
  • Gmail attachments, including personalized calendar links & email templates.
  • Real time alerts of when your emails are getting opened.
  • Connection to Salesforce so all emails and calls within a flow are automatically logged.
  • Ability to share email templates and flows with your colleagues/team.
  • Ability to personalize emails using information from salesforce, such as Billing City, Title, Company, etc.
  • When an email is being opened in real time I'd like the Chrome alert to be clickable.
  • When composing a new template in Gmail, the suggested Salesforce fields are limited, I'd like if the searchability had more options.
  • When sharing a flow, I'd like there to be more options than 1. copy and use or 2. just add people. I think if you share a flow you should add "can edit" or even have a "B-version" option where someone can make small changes and it saves it as a Version B. That way when we are AB testing email content or subject lines we can still see its the same flow, but it would highlight what parts were different and then which email got more responses/clicks.
  • Groove is allowing us to reach out to many people at once speeds up the sales process.
  • We've been able to track the success of our emails, as it relates to content, subject lines, and links and measure which are working and which are not. Being able to see that data and make changes is huge.
  • Tracking when emails are opened, clicked, forwarded, etc allows us to reach out to people when they are engaging with us, meaning we making more meaningful connections because we know, that they know, that we are top of mind when we call.
Yesware was great, but its sales cadence wasn't as built out when I last used it. Most of the features are similar but from the Yesware version I used, Groove has better Salesforce connectivity, notably how flows are logged.
Jessy S. is the best! I email her, ask her for help and she gets back to me with results within an hour. Give. Her. A. Raise.

Would you buy Groove, a Clari company again?

Yes

Groove is great for a sales team like ours that heavily depends on cold outreach and prospecting new leads. I also welcome it as an attachment in Gmail so all my work can get logged in Salesforce (have they thought about just adding a cheaper version where people just pay for the Salesforce and Gmail attachments?). The system is easy to use and easy to team. As an admin, I can do a quick training in just 10-15 minutes and people pick it up quickly.
