Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is being used to make calls, log them and also send emails to prospects. It addresses the problem of saving time for us salespersons who have to make several calls and send several emails on a daily basis.

Pros

  • Calls.
  • Log Calls.
  • Emails.

Cons

  • Logging calls right after the call ends: I often have to copy and paste the number or name of the person again instead of it being done directly from the call.
  • I make more calls.
  • I send more emails.
  • I keep track on my prospects and it helps me organising my work space on Salesforce.
I am really happy with the help and support I get for Groove. They always answer my emails and even when I needed 1-1 help they were able to do it via Zoom call, which is really nice from the support team.

I really like using Groove and have not had a problem so far. I mainly use it for sending emails, calls and logging calls. It allows me to keep a record of all the people I contact on a daily basis.
