Groove makes my job easier
Overall Satisfaction with Groove
The way BBVA uses Groove is to synchronize Salesforce with our email. It helps us to be able to have two applications in just one. This comes in handy since it can go back to a customer, see what info we have on them as well as being able to schedule appts, meetings, and be descriptive on what have we done for them. Groove is being used across all departments that deal directly with customers and is a great tool as well since we can also do templates and makes life so much easier. It doesn't address biz problems but it makes us more able to be organized and ready for our customers.
Pros
- It helps us to be able to know when and to whom we send emails.
- If we schedule an appt it goes directly to our calendar.
- We can also save templates to send to multi customers.
Cons
- Being able to add a person to a meeting, besides the [customer].
- Saves me a lot of time.
- Very organized.
