Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove as an SDR, and it has been helpful with automation of inbounds. It's very easy to use, I love the omnibar, and works seamlessly with Salesforce and Gmail. I highly recommend Groove, but my only suggestion is to have more parameters around times emails are sent out, and more collaboration across members within my org.

  • Simple UI.
  • Lack of collaboration.
  • No time parameters.
  • I've heard it isn't as robust as Outreach, which I haven't used before.
  • I would love a downloadable report of all analytics within a flow; I currently have to screenshot the info I need.
I haven't used any other platform like this before.
Our CSM, Sid, is amazing! He's so quick when it comes to answering questions, and has made my experience positive.
