Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Groove daily to allow our students at the Harvard Business Analytics Program to schedule meetings with their academic advisors in real-time. It allows students to select time slots that best suit them and their academic advisor's schedules without a time consuming back and for the email exchange around availability.

Provide sense stability with accurate captures of coming workloads.

Cons

Students cannot edit meetings once booked.

Return on Investment

Increased efficiency of student communications and outreach.
Allowed advisors to best plan for breaks/decompression times based on Groove bookings.

I have never had an issue. I'm sure if I did, it would be resolved by their tech support.
