We use it accross our sales organization to track our emails and interactions with customers as well as create and maintain professional emails and saves us a ton of time every single day.

Pros

Create professional email templates for a number of common circumstances.
Autofill details such as first name of your client and your signature.
One click emails saves a lot of time.
Consistent professional look of emails.

Cons

Sometimes I have difficulty finding the template I created or unsure how to make changes.

Return on Investment

Personally Groove has saved me a ton of time every single day, I can't imagine how much more productive I am because of Groove and how many more students I've been able to reach faster.
My emails are professional and consistent, this gives students confidence in what we are communicating with them.

I use Groove and Highspot together, Groove gives the brochure a home and I build the Groove template around it so Groove is the communicator and Highspot of the information or brochure I'm sharing. They make a dynamic duo!

Support Rating

We have had training on Groove a couple times and each time I use it more and am able to use it to a higher capacity and reach even more students with ease and efficiency. It's all about building features on top of each other until you find the best way to use it with your clients and circumstance. So far I save a lot of time, provide consistency and track my communication with clients to see what my productivity looks like.

Likelihood to Recommend

Groove is great for custom email templates for various scenarios or a large project where you are sending the same email to multiple people but want to save time doing so. I wouldn't use it for a very customized email only going to one or two people.
