Overall Satisfaction with Groove
We use Groove to synchronize with Salesforce as our CRM so it makes it easy to track customer relationship. I use the calendar to synchronize Salesforce and Google calendar and template features and also schedule send. The template feature is also very useful since it allows for crafted emails to be sent efficiently.
- It increases efficiency. I don't have to log emails or events.
- I can see everything in one place.
- It allows me to share my availability with customers so they can book an appointment with me.
I have not reviewed other products exactly like Groove, however we use other tools as part of the G-suite.

It is very well suited to make sure you have a complete picture of the customers' interaction with you and also other team members since all conversations are logged in Salesforce and you are able to see what is going in addition to your personal interactions with customers. You can also see if a customer has scheduled meetings with other team members.
I had an issue two weeks ago for the first time in the two years I have been using Groove and the support team was very quick to search and not give up until they got to the bottom of the issue and resolved it.
