Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is used by our entire organization to better track our sales efforts. Emails and calendar meetings are linked to our sales data portal which saves our salespeople an incredible amount of time and frustration keeping call tracking up to date.
  • Automatic tracking of emails & calendar invites to clients/prospects
  • Email templates allow me to have ready to go standard emails available for customization.
  • In the calendar feature, there is a "type of activity" dropdown that includes "phone" or "in person". Have a "web meeting" would be very nice in this COVID environment.
  • I'm not able to speak to this for my organization. It saves me hours of time in my own week.
