Groove is a great tool to simplify and streamline client interactions
Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Groove is used across the organization. It helps streamline notes and documentation for clients in Salesforce, to help provide a more comprehensive and cohesive timeline of conversations and events for each client you interact with. The various options available to create templates and the ease of accessing when composing a new email helps provide clients with information seamlessly. The "schedule a meeting with me" function is a great way for clients to schedule a call or meeting by simply clicking a link. Groove is a great tool to be used with Salesforce and to track the success of email interactions.
Pros
- Provides tools to allow clients to easily schedule appointments with you.
- Helps streamline the creation and access of various types templates.
- Keeps a comprehensive report of which client interactions yield the best results.
Cons
- The email tracking needs to differentiate better between who is sending which email in Salesforce.
- Groove has to be reinstalled regularly with my company email, to reduce that significantly or to completely correct that would be a great help.
- When you create email templates with attached documents for that specific email, the attachments translate as links to the documents when they are eventually sent to clients. This is a small problem to an otherwise great feature.
- Allowed me to fine tune my client interactions so they are more successful.
- Allowed me to interact with three times the amount of clients.
- Provides the knowledge of what time the is best to reach out to clients.
