Overall Satisfaction with Groove

My organization uses Groove to conduct outreach to various prospects we source from Salesforce. Groove helps our organization automate the outreach process, track the success of our outreach, and reconfigure our marketing efforts to better align with our overall goals. I think that Groove is an excellent program for sales and marketing teams.

Groove is strong in the areas of organized outreach, easy to follow directions, ease of use to reach out to large-scale numbers of prospects, and overall efficiency.

It allows the customization of emails to individuals while allowing them to stay in the same cadence, but I wish it worked a little better at recognizing bad emails because a lot of addresses bounce.
