Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Groove is being used by the sales team and I am incredibly happy with the product. The integration with Salesforce has been awesome and they have been super helpful with customizing different things that makes our job easier. I've used similar products in the past and my biggest complaint is ease of getting reports from SF to the cadence/flow.
The biggest business problem that it addresses is the ability to reach out to current clients and prospects in a streamlined way. Also highly recommend the omnibar built into gmail to update SF.
