Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is being used by our business development representative team for cold outbound outreach. The flow functionality is where we live most of the time to set up outreach steps and to integrate email templates for seamless outreach. We also rely heavily on the dialer feature, as calls can be integrated directly into flow steps and calls can be made either from Groove or our Gmail suite. It really helps us focus on selling rather than the mechanics of selling--the ease of use and functionality have helped us improve efficiency and outreach metrics.

  • Call analyses--we needed to get an additional tool for rep coaching and call recording
  • A/B testing templates; doesn't automatically switch between templates in flows
  • Sharing templates and having a manager's overview into all flows would be helpful

  • Faster rep onboarding because of ease of use
  • Higher outbound numbers--both calls and emails
Groove is better in pretty much every way. We used SalesLoft for several years and made the switch not that long ago. Again, the data being hosted in SFDC is so much better and cleaner than the SalesLoft/Salesforce bi-directional sync. We had so many lead duplicates and messy piles of data. Groove totally removed that and it has made everything better. Also, the Groove dialer is much more reliable and overall their customer support and success teams have been much more helpful.

Groove is really well suited for SDR/BDR teams--it make cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn messaging super easy to actual execute. The automated task functions are also a huge bonus, as they remove the opportunity for reps to forget things and let leads fall into the ether of Salesforce. It is less appropriate for analytics management. The dashboards in Groove are pretty barebones; however, the SFDC/Groove sync works really well, so we just bring everything into Salesforce to work on and it's awesome.

Groove Support

All of our multitude of questions, feature requests, and general feedback have been received and answered in a timely, supportive fashion. You really get the sense they care for their customers and it's obvious from the first demo through to our quarterly CSM check-ins. The masterclasses have been a real bonus for continuous learning, too.
