Pros
- Aligning to overarching goals
- Relatively simple to use UI with a great recommendation engine as you are building OKRs
- A lot of support resources for the product as well as for orgs implementing OKRs for the first time
Cons
- Sometimes can lag a bit - not a deal breaker but an opportunity to be a bit more zippy
- Connecting objectives and sub-objectives
- The whiteboard funtionality is useful for planning
- Inline feedback of OKR creation to make sure things are measurable/tangible and progress oriented
- Better visibility and support across the team
- Much easier to maintain than a spreadsheet
- High completion rate of tactics to support goals
