Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
I've used Gusto happily and easily for my small business for over 2 years. Their interface is fairly easy to use, but two recent simple issues with employee tax forms have taken over a month to resolve by [what I feel is] their poorly staffed customer service department. [I believe] their service is extremely slow and their staff ill-equipped to reply and resolve issues creating an embarrassing situation for me with my employees.
