Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use it for payroll, time off, benefits, and expense reimbursement

  • [In my opinion,] benefits renewal is really bad. No one called, they opened enrollment without consulting us
  • Open enrollment rates are wrong, enrollment dates are wrong. It's a mess
  • Getting past the call center firewall is difficult. It is taking a week of calling and emailing to get anyone's attention and it's very difficult to get errors fixed!

[I've found] the customer support for fixes is terrible. [In my experience], often for issues or errors you will spend hours on the phone with call center people who really can't do much to fix or change things.
